1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product
- The product quality does not meet our stated standards
- Your order was not delivered within the promised timeframe
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge or incorrect amount)
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
- Products that have been consumed or partially used
- Complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery
- Incorrect address or unavailability at delivery time (unless rescheduled)
3. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

- Provide your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
4. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are credited to your Kamdhenu Wallet within 24 hours, or
- Returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- UPI and card refunds depend on banking timelines and may take up to 10 business days
5. Subscription Cancellations
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery cycle
- Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription days will be credited to your Kamdhenu Wallet
6. Replacements
In many cases, we may offer a free replacement on your next delivery instead of a refund — whichever you prefer. Our customer support team will offer you both options when applicable.
