2. Products & Orders
- All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not confirmed or if products are unavailable.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a cycle you select (daily, weekly, monthly).
- You may pause or cancel a subscription from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription plans with 7 days’ prior notice.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method. In case of payment failure, your order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully received.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is available within our serviceable areas in and around Jalandhar.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or operational conditions.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by you.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reproduce or redistribute any content without permission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
7. Limitation of Liability
Kamdhenu Milk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.
